Year 7 Discovery of Ancient China

Yin Yang Mikayla H

During Term 3 our Year 7 Individuals and Societies students have been investigating life in ancient China.  As part of the unit of work, the students had an opportunity to select their own discoveries from over 50 different activities, with varying degrees of difficulty, and then create their own responses.  As you can see on this highlights video, with just a few examples of their work, the students completed these tasks with much commitment and creativity.  From cooking, to model making, digital and hand drawn portfolios of sketches, tea making ceremonies, role play videos, paintings and creative writing there was a depth of responses.  Their teachers Mr Damatopoulos and Mr Dickinson are very proud of the work undertaken.
