Our house system provides a sense of belonging and promotes cross-year friendships and collaboration. We have three houses named after prominent Australian sports people.
All students in the School are allocated to one of three Houses, who compete in a range of sporting, art, and cultural activities throughout
the year.
Rose House![]()
| Named after legendary boxer Lionel Rose MBE (1948 – 2011). He was the first indigenous world champion in any sport, after he won the World Boxing Championships. He demonstrated that success on a world stage, is possible even at a young age. Lionel Rose was inducted into the Australian Sporting Hall of Fame in 1985 and was Australian of the Year in 1968. |
Fraser House![]() | Named after iconic swimmer Dawn Fraser AC MBE (1935 – ), one of the most decorated sportspeople in Australia. Her record includes eight Olympic medals, 23 individual, and 12 team world records. She is recognised for her determination and willingness to stand up for her beliefs. Dawn Fraser was inducted into the Australian Sporting Hall of Fame in 1985 and was Australian of the Year in 1964. |
Bradman House![]() | Named after the legendary Australian cricketer Sir Donald Bradman AC (1908 – 2001), widely acknowledged as the greatest batsman of all time. He was not only admired for his cricketing skills, but also his modesty and strong leadership. Sir Donald was inducted into the Australian Sporting Hall of Fame in 1989. |
