EFTPOS, credit cards and direct credit deposit facilities are also available.

Discounts

Pre-Payments

4% discount on the current year’s tuition fees for domestic students in Prep-Year 12, if the full amount of all fees owing is paid by 23 February 2026. This discount does not apply to those who have an outstanding debt to the School or students in the ELC.

Siblings

The following discounts will be given to families with more than one child attending the School in the current year.

  • 2nd child – 20%
  • 3rd child or more – 30%

Sibling discount does not apply to students in the Early Learning Centre.

Victorian Government Free Kinder Offset

In 2026, Oakleigh Grammar will participate in the Victorian Government Free Kindergarten Offset program, which provides up to $2,101 per child for the first 15 hours (pro-rata) of 3- and 4-year-old kindergarten programs.

Important information for families:

  • At the beginning of the year, you will be asked to complete a ‘Funded Kindergarten Place Declaration’. For more information on the One Place Declaration Form, visit: One Place Declaration Form
  • You can only receive the Free Kindergarten Offset at one service.
  • The Free Kindergarten amount will be applied directly to your ELC fees, starting from April (covering January to April) and then credited monthly until December.

Child Care Subsidy

Oakleigh Grammar is a registered childcare provider with Services Australia (Federal Government), which means you may be eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS).

Important information for families:

  • You will need to provide the Customer Reference Number (CRN) for both your child and the primary carer when you enrol through Xplor. Parents are required to enter accurate birth details of both the primary carer and the child upon enrolment.
  • Eligibility requirements set by Services Australia must be met to receive CCS, please note immunisation status and tax returns will affect CCS. It is parents responsibility to monitor CCS entitlements throughout the child’s enrolment at the ELC.
  • The subsidy is applied directly to your account and reflected in your Oakleigh Grammar fee statement.
