In 2019 the National Summer Art Scholarship will take place, we ask that any Year 11 students completing Year 12 Studio Arts in 2019 to consider getting involved and entering into the scholarship.

The scholarship includes airfares, accommodation, meals and workshops with trained staff supervising the students at all times. The week will boast an enriching learning experience for all students, demonstrating the potential career opportunities in the visual arts.

Sixteen students will be selected, two from each state and territory, with the event taking place at the National Gallery of Australia, Canberra from 12th to the 19th of January.

For more information visit the gallery website at nga.gov.au or by contacting Adriane Boag, Program Producer on summerartscholarship@nga.gov.au.
Students may also collect an application brochure from Ms Sarroff.

This scholarship will provide a once in a lifetime opportunity for any of the lucky winners, so please apply as applications close on Monday the 5th of November.
